Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, specializing in Hotel Concept Making and Tourism Start-Up Development is seeking an experienced and talented Account Executive, to empower its contribution to the tourism industry market.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and desires regarding Concept, Content, and Training.
  • Participate in sales presentations and negotiations to secure new accounts and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for our company’s clients.
  • Configure and manage various platforms, such as CMS, email tools, automation systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports on project progress to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with new technologies like CRM, CMS, and Digital Marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
