Περιγραφή Θέσης

Destsetters, amongst the most innovative Hotel Concept Companies, is looking for a skillful Administrative Coordinator to join our team and act as a point of reference for all of our internal and external communication & procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as well as to be passionate about creativity and innovative ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Ensure a well-maintained and organized office environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update executive calendars.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Draft and edit internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and functions.

Requirements:

  • You will have a standard schedule with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
  • Your schedule will be enriched with new one-off tasks, based on the Hotel Concept Making Procedure.
  • When possible, we will add to your program creative tasks that will further develop your skills.

Benefits:

  • Proven work experience in similar positions and/or in the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
