Job description:
Travel by Interest, one of the most dynamic promotional platforms for Hoteliers, is looking for a Business Development talent, who will strategically grow the project’s global potentials and key collaborations. Working already with hundreds of hotels from around the globe, TBI is looking for a professional who will thoroughly understand the value of the project’s services and will build new, steady collaborations with Hotels & Tourism Brands from all over the world, playing a significant part in the project’s global growth.

What you will do:

  • Run all the platform needs for ensuring a smooth operation. At a second stage, you will develop your own team that will help you effectively run the project’s needs.
  • Study the platform’s dynamics and create new sales opportunities for Hotel & Tourism brands, through high-potential Sales Pitches. You will also specify TBI’s entire sales strategy, as well as the future team’s workflow schedule.
  • Develop High-Value collaborations with key accounts (Hotel Chains, Tourism Organizations, etc) that will ensure new dynamic revenue sources for the project.
  • Build a sales network with Digital Marketing Agencies & Advertising Companies that will bring a steady revenue stream to the platform.
  • Run Online Campaigns for potential clients creating organic demand for the TBI services.
  • Participate in the project’s B2B & B2C Communication Strategy Plan in order to enforce TBI’s awareness among its global clientele audiences.
  • Attend international Tourism Fairs and develop personal relationships with potential clients from around the world.

What you must have:

  • Excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of Spanish, French, and/or Italian will be much appreciated.
  • A degree in Digital Marketing, Tourism Studies, Communication, or relevant fields and industries.
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, like SEO, Search Engine Advertising, Social Media Promotion, and Email Marketing.
  • Past experience in the Hotel & Travel Industry will be also an important asset.
